How Much Notice Do You Need for a Booking?

A) 4 weeks is required. A shorter notice is possible if the date is available.

Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?

A) A 20% deposit is required once confirmation of the order has been made.

Do I Lose the Deposit if I Need to Cancel the Booking?

A) A full refund will be made up to 4 weeks before the date of the booking.

When Do You Need to Know the Final Numbers of Guests?

A) Final numbers are required 2 weeks before the event, but adjustments can be made a week before at the latest.

Do You Supply Crockery and Cutlery, and Set Tables Before the Function?

A) Yes, we supply the equipment and lay tables. We will also clear away and leave the kitchen clean and tidy.

Do You Cater for Dietary Requirements?

A) Yes, we always ask our clients to inform us of requirements such as vegetarian/gluten free or specific allergies.

Can We Supply Our Own Drinks?

A) Yes, you can supply your own, or we can supply these for you. There is no extra charge either way
